great location room cleanliness polite staff
the location was very nice, with mayfair just steps away. the room's cleanliness impressed me greatly. i noticed efficient, friendly, and respectful staff members throughout my stay. there was also an excellent daily supply of beverages and small bites delivered directly to the room.
i found a black hair folded inside a towel. it was quite off-putting.

i stayed in an executive king room for three nights. the room had nice views of hyde park. i found the spa and gym excellent with a peloton bike, steam room and sauna.

The location is IDEAL for accessing key areas. I appreciated the views from my room on the higher floor. Breakfast offered a good variety of options.

I found the staff very customer focused. The provided Diamond member upgrade to the 22nd floor gave very nice views. Breakfast offered many fresh choices.
